If someone has time could they make a tutorial on some of the really basic stuff.
I have real trouble with things like doors.
I can make a standard door that opens when clicked on but anything else like a raising door... a door activated by a switch.. etc.. I have touble with.
And this is after watching the U Tube Doom Builder2 tutorials and studying other people's maps ::)

What do you mean by standard door and raising door? Raising doors (and splitting doors) are standard in Doom 64.

I believe door activated by a switch would be done by tagging the door sector, then making a switch line where you choose a door action, check "use" for activation type, and giving the line the same tag as the door sector.

Unfortunately Doom Builder 2 tutorials aren't all that useful for certain things in Doom 64 which are too different from regular Doom (like anything to do with switches). Looking at one of the original Doom 64 levels that does something similar to whatever you're trying to do is usually more useful for learning Doom 64 basics.
