Set Ceiling Height issues

Sure, I don't mind. There's one line though that might not be accurate. I didn't see any texture change with action 59 (raise floor by 24 & change) so I don't know what that line's supposed to change or if it's really just identical to action 58.
I made some changes to my default texture sets too which might be useful for other people. Most importantly I added doortracks to the Doors set, and added a new Transparent set and Lights set. I also made texture sets more flexible for custom textures by using more wildcard filters.
I'll include that in case you want to use it.
Something else you might be interested in, I've been making preview textures so sky selection is more convenient (rather than having to remember which sky the non-descriptive names refer too).
Example:
If you'd like to have wadgen use those for the sky textures instead of "I suck at mapping" I could put the rest up.
Actually I've been making custom skies as well for a texture pack and I've kind of been wishing Ex could somehow use skydefs to spit out previews like that. If you're working with a lot of skies it isn't really feasible to try to make previews of them all. But there's no other way for people to know what a sky looks like without viewing them one by one in game.

I think that might've been an older version of the texture sets so here's the most current one.
Is there a way to edit attachments? I didn't see one.

Yeah, provide me a link to your sky flat replacements. Those would be a lot better than the current ones we have now.

I've been updating my lindefs config to make more descriptions more clear. There's only a few line types left to do, because I don't understand them fully (which I just posted about in editing as well). Once I know those better I could post a completed lindef config.

If I wanted to use these textures myself, would I just put them in a custom WAD or something and load it alongside the D64EX wad?
