Oh and theres one bug in this lastest version I already know of... and I dont think it's caused by anything Ive done.
The lift in the lava cavern room goes a bit funny when the crusher in the mancubus pens is activated. The lift will not descend properly until the mancubuses are killed.... it kinda gets stuck and shimmies up and down a bit.
Dunno why that is though ::)

Its not a big deal as nothing is attacking you at this point so you just need to wait there on the lift till the crusher as killed the monsters ;)

Whilst on the topic of crushers. I find that it takes too long for it to kill the monsters in the pens. Especially when they are tough ones like Barons. Is there a more deadly action I can use to kill these monsters more quickly?

Does the attachment on this post help make macros more clear? Just put it where the post says and you'll see the changes in DB64.

I also have a more updated config I could put up that covers more line types, if you're trying to use things that weren't changed in that version.

SPOILERS:

I got into the hidden dark path near the start. It leads to a dark cave and connects to another part of the level (with mancubuses), near the Cyberdemon. There's a switch in the dark cave that lowers a wall right behind you. When you go in there, another wall/lift lowering sound is heard. What does it lower? I can't find it anywhere.

I can give you one hint. If you haven't activated another hidden switch somewhere else on the map you will never find what it is that is lowering when you trip that line where the automap is found because it is walled off.
There are several switches around the map that have to be activate to allow access to the final set of switches that open the shrine. ;)

Oh, I see.

Yeah, I've been looking for hours :P  It's also kind of hard because many areas don't show on the automap, even with the cheats.

thats coz I took the time to make many lines and sectors hidden. ;)
However once you have the automap you might notice the odd bit of wall that is coloured brown instead of red on the map... which might give some clue ;)

I played your map. That's a very good map.Not much detail, but this is not very important. The map layout is excellent! And the enemy placement is very good too!
